Welcome

I am working as an Assistant Professor in the department of Computer Science and Engineering at Oakland University, Michigan, where I delve into cutting-edge disciplines like Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data Mining and Geographic Information Systems. I have completed my Ph.D. at Auburn University, Alabama with my dissertation focussing on developing advanced deep learning frameworks to solve real world challenges across diverse industries.

 I've walked the halls of industry giants, including Infosys Limited and Stratice LLC, honing my skills as a System Engineer and developer. I've crafted interactive websites using ASP.NET and MVC frameworks. My prowess extends to advanced data manipulation, leveraging languages like JavaScript, CSS, and Python, and harnessing databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, and NoSQL. 

 During my Ph.D. studies, I focused on analyzing complex trends in U.S. traffic accident data using big data analytical methods. I developed deep learning models to uncover intricate spatiotemporal relationships within real-world datasets. My work in deep learning has covered a range of fields, including traffic accident hotspots prediction, vegetation analysis and crop yield prediction, harnessing neural networks to understand the environment's pulse along with an experience in graph pruning. 

 My passion extends beyond personal growth. As an Assistant Professor at Oakland University, Graduate Teaching Associate and Assistant at Auburn University,  I have had the opportunity to help young minds develop their programming skills and cultivate a love for technology. I've mentored and guided, recognizing the importance of empowering future leaders in the tech world. 

 My dedication to knowledge and innovation reverberates through every facet of my life. I've presented at international conferences and symposiums, sharing insights and sparking discussions. My engagement extends to volunteering in science fairs, mentoring new students, and actively participating in organizations like the Society of Women Engineers.
